Bielema is too low and Rhule is too high.

Bielema's won this league a couple times and has improved Illinois a lot. Rhule won the AAC and got 2nd in the Big XII once.

Agree, that’s the same thing I thought when I saw this list. Bert is a top 5 coach in this league, and above PJ based on body of work and even head-to-head. I think PJ is solidly top 8, however.

I'm still skeptical that Ryan Day and James Franklin are the two best coaches and wonder how they would do at programs with less resources. Especially Day. I don't think there's nearly the gap between them and Sherrone Moore that this list suggests.
