update on sicky male wisconsin asst. AD who sexually assaulted young UW male staffer

Didn't know we are talking about baseball here. What base Chadiam tried to steal? I also heard there is new allegation against Chadima. Is that true?

Yes it is.

And an investigation is being conducted FWIW. In any situation, this will not affect UW athletics in any way in terms of sanctions and the like. This guy touched another guy over the age of 18. There is nothing illegal about his actions. He was immediately forced to resign. Much ado about nothing. This is a non-issue.

First cousin marriage is legal and prevalent in Wisconsin. Unless You are a d/a or criminal defense attorney that has read the criminal report, none of us would know if it's assault.

I don't know what the new allegation is but I suspect it is more than first or second base. This would lead me to believe the Badger2010 defense that "everybody does it" may not be a good idea.

I think you a misunderstanding why I said Dinkytown, I said that because I wanted emphasize that this does happen everywhere. We are in agreement.

As for Chadima, he grabbed a guys junk after he had already got the belt undone. I don't know about you, but if I get a girl's bra off, I would be pretty upset if she said I sexually assaulted her when I subsequently went to boob town. Now if she said stop at any point, I would, and I'd understand, but you have to admit, when a girl lets you take her bra off, I feel like that's consent enough to sample the goods. It's not like when I'm hooking up with a girl I am going to ask her "now that I've taken off your bra, may I please touch your left breast with my hand? May I please motorboat you now?" No.

Not saying the situations are completely the same, but it's not like Chadima walked up to the guy and immediately grabbed his junk...that would be sexual assault, just like grabbing some random girl's breast would be as well. That's not what happened. There was a sequence of events that lead them to that point.

FWIW, Chadima is a POS and we at UW hate him for what he did to the guy afterwards. He's a sh*t stain on our Athletic Department, but this situation is not a big time scandal, it's being dealt with appropriately, and it will not result in punishment for UW unless there is something FAR more troubling going on.

What part of Superior subordinate relationship is not registering? Obviously a case could be made for the student being worried about what the accused would do to him because the accused made the threat.

I don't think the law itself is capable of caring, but I understand your point and agree with it. I was more merely pointing out that pretty much everyone could have been accused, correctly, of sexual assault at some point in their life, unless they have been completely celibate. If at any point while being intimate with a girl you did something they didn't approve of, you could be charged with sexual assault. Get a bra off, grab a boob...assault. Kiss a girl, move for bra, sexual assault. Misread a situation, try and kiss a girl, sexual assault.

Just saying.
This is weird.

We should probably lay off this case...the fact that it was human-to-human interaction is step forward for the state of Wisconsin. The deer carcasses can sleep soundly tonight.

here is another, more detailed, less biased (i.e. it is not a UW written statement) version of the story on this new third allegation against the sicko, assistant AD at wisconsin, john chadima. unfortunately, it sounds like this disgusting piece of trash official at UW has been doing this illegal stuff for quite a while to UW students and UW staffers.

sounds like that little, old canary in the coal mine at UW might be starting to warm up his voice???

It's no wonder Bielema got married. He wanted to make certain that Chadima didn't get any ideas!

Very true. next, SAVE THE WALLEYE!

IDk, 7 beers, close your eyes, that goatee has to feel pretty natural?

Officials indicate the third accuser made a report to police, in contrast to the first two accusers’ refusal to file reports with any law enforcement agency, raising the possibility Chadima could be prosecuted in connection to the most recent allegation. It is not known if any crime is outside of the statute of limitations because authorities have not released when the incident took place.

UW-Madison officials have yet to respond to last month’s request from 27 News to see text messages Chadima sent to a separate student-employee on the day of the Rose Bowl party. Fiedler said the messages included a threat to fire the student-employee unless he came to Chadima’s hotel suite.

I would love to see those texts.

But still...nothing to see here...move along.

:pig: man, there sure is a lot of sexual depravity that comes out of the state $hitsconsin and the university of $hitsconsin. i mean you have ed gein, jeffrey dahmer, john chadima and so on, and so on.

If I had of known he was into dudes when I met with him about Kim's transfer, I would have shown more skin.

As someone who has lived in Wisconsin for 16 years, let me assure you all that there is nothing legal about sexual assault in this state...regardless of the victim's age.

I think Badger2010 is confused as to what the law is when a human is involved. He is probably more familiar with the law when it involves a dead deer.
