Maroon seems to have more of the projected starters on Offense, while Gold has more of the projected starters on Defense, at least from what I can tell skimming the images.

Gold. Based I who I assume is playing, they have more talent of actual people playing in the game.

Kramer and Morgan on the same team is...interesting, I feel as though you generally split up the starter and backup. Athan, taking over the backup role potentially?

That was the first thing that jumped out to me. Good on Athan if he's going to get essentially all of the reps in the game for that side of the roster.

Interesting to see Spencer Alvarez still at TE. A lot of rumblings that he would be switching to OL (still could be).

Alright so teams by position.

QB: Maroon
WR: Maroon (CaB, MBS> Wright, Jackson)
RB: Gold (Williams, Evans the only 2 who may actually play in games that are in spring game)
TE: Maroon (Not even close, don't feel like explanation is needed)
OL: Push (Both have solid units)
OFFENSE: Maroon, by a decent margin

LB: Gold (Oliver and Sori-Marin make up for Maroon's depth)
DB: Push (Equal amount of contributors I feel, Gold has bigger upside, less experience)
DL: Maroon (Carter, Surgers, Joyner> Rush, Jefferies, Logan-Redding)
DEFENSE: Push

OVERALL: Maroon seems to have the upper-hand with experience and talent but Gold's maybe got more potential if they can put it together.

Whichever team Winfield is coaching has the edge. Word on the street is Morgan is shooting up 2023 draft boards.

Is Flip Dixon the safety formerly known as Michael Dixon? If so, I would say Gold has the advantage at DB. Pretty solid with him and Howden at safety. Plus the 3 cornerbacks in Walley, Ortiz, and Bishop.

Yes

So is Athan doing his thing? And will that cause a QB contrversy if he beats morgan on stats in a game environment?

This could be juicy

Who knows....if Athan wants the spot he'll have to push for it in the fall. All I know is regardless of the starter this season, I want Athan starting 2023. Unless I see something out of Kramer this year, Athan should be starting 2023.

Like that they’re featuring MBS with his brother on the sideline.

You ain't seen Knuthing yet...

Jordan Nubin taking handoffs? Isn't he a d-back like Tyler?

Going to do OT. That's fun....rather than just end it at 10-10.
