He talked about Tubby extension and whether he should get one. He is signed for another 3 years now. When he came in March of 2007 that started his 7 year contract (it might have been signed much later). If they give Tubby an extension it should include a BIG Buyout clause that would keep Tubby tied up here - like a 10 million dollar buyout - just in case Tubby turns it around and he wants to go somewhere else.
