What the? Anyone have any specific information why this is happening? Certainly easy to assume that players are looking for more money or a bigger school but that wouldn't seem to explain the decommits from the incoming players.

Yikes is it the conference change, coach leaving? Something off at Oregon State.

With Oregon State moving to the West Coast Conference, it’s not surprising to see multiple Beavers in the portal as they’re likely in the market to remain at the power conference level.
 

Oregon State goes from maybe the best women's basketball conference to a one-bid conference. Not at all surprising that folks are bailing. Trying to remember if, in the case of Paurova, the PAC-12 had already fallen apart when she picked Oregon State...

USC and UCLA were officially added to the Big10 on December 14 2022. She committed to OSU in mid-April of 2023.

Thanks for that context. The PAC12 hadn't fallen apart at that point but the writing was certainly starting to appear on the wall...

I like the addition of an experienced post. She was injured and missed 8 games. Sounded like she was playing better at the end of the year.

Thought she played well in the Big Ten Tourney, but the minutes were still low: 4, 0, 13, 4. Easy to understand why she wanted to play elsewhere for her COVID year.
