Gophers defenseman Brock Faber announces he's coming back

Faber, a Los Angeles Kings draftee, is staying put, while Grant Cruikshank, Jonny Sorenson and Ben Brinkman have entered the transfer portal.

Senior forward Grant Cruikshank and senior defenseman Ben Brinkman are graduating and will take advantage of playing a fifth season elsewhere as graduate transfers. Jonny Sorenson, as a junior forward, also entered his name into the portal.

No surprises. I don't think Bob is big on guys using that extra COVID year of eligibility, and in the case of Sorensen, he was probably going to have to fight to even be in the lineup next year. Seems like a good kid, I'm sure he will land in a good spot.
