With his performance as Acting Head Coach, has Claeys become the favorite for the Broyles Award, which goes to the top assistant coach?

Without knowing who else might be nominated for this you would have to think you could make an extremely strong case for him to be a front runner for it.

Don't you have to throw out his performance the last three games since he was "acting Head Coach"? lol. I'd say he's pretty much locked it up. Hand him the award now.

Go Gophers!!

Great point by DiNardo. Coach Kill has developed a tremendous staff. Credit across the board for a great job. There is a "Whole Bunch of the Year" on this staff. Beat Penn State!!!

Top assistants are going to be Claeys vs. Narduzzi from MSU

Yeah, Narduzzi will be in the mix for sure. MSU is first in the NCAA in total defense, rushing defense (by a large margin) and 3rd best in points allowed.

I'm under the impression Jerry is in the office during the week.

Right?

He's coaching, just not coaching-coaching.
