Top 50 Wide Receiver Duos In College Football (#31. Minnesota, CAB/Jackson)

CRAB and MBS! MBS makes clutch catches! Crab is a beast! If we are lucky we get the same Wright we had in the OSU game! He seemed to get a little skittish in traffic at end of year.

Pretty high praise. I fully expect the passing game to be more of a CrAB/Wright show however.

Isn't Jackson like the 4th best reciever on the team?
I'd say based off last year, yes. I've heard some speculate Jackson was playing hurt last year and that may have explained some of his tentativeness. He might be the most explosive after catching the ball of the 4. CrAB is the most well-rounded of them.

I think we have at least 4 good passing targets that all have different strengths, and just need to be put in the right plays to allow those strengths to shine.

If CAB and Jackson are healthy, and Dylan W and MBS play to their talent level, we’re much better than 31st. Yet even at 31st, this guy has us at the top of the passing-challenged B1G West (better receivers than Purdue). I like our running game, but it would be a shame not to utilize the WR advantage we have over B1G West teams this year. With this line-up and BSF, a balanced offense really is called for—it will make us less predictable and harder to game plan against. Please, no preseason or non-conf injuries in receiver corps.
