Based on number of wins + wins of teams they've beaten. Wins over FCS teams count as .5 win. For example, Houston is 6-0 but since 1 of their wins came over a FCS opponent, Cougars considered 5.5-0.

That's fair. I'm holding off on Baylor until they beat someone that's at least decent. Almost all the Big XII's biggest games are late in the season. I like that. That's when TCU, Baylor, etc., can really make a move.
