Yeah and this article seems to only give credit for recruiters that landed players with 4-5 stars. It’s way more impressive when a coach is able to recruit players that were underrated or that flew under the radar.Recruiters should be evaluated on results the way recruiting classes should be. You can say a guy is bringing in the best talent on paper, but if the players are not panning out on the field then are they really that great of a recruiter?
You should get a whole lot more credit as a recruiter for finding a 2-3 star guy that turns out to be a stud vs. bringing in some 4 star guy that doesn't pan out.
