Below are your key lines from the story and where our fearless AD joltin' joel maturi should take notice and start allocating more overall athletic department funds towards football to assist the process of building it back into a consistent winner. when football rises at a university......all other boats rise as well. but you have to invest the money in football up front first. it can't be accomplished the other way around like joel and the femi-nazi non-revenue women's sports boosters insist upon.
