The article lists Minnesota, Kansas State (?), and Michigan as having offered, with Florida, South Carolina, Kansas State (?), Northwestern and Florida State showing strong interest. I'm not sure why Kansas State is listed as an offer; Rivals lists only Minnesota and Michigan as official offers.
