I saw Tim Brewster on the IA sideline calling that timeout with 112 seconds left instead of spiking the ball...he was dressed in a Kirk Ferentz halloween mask and a hogeye shirt.

Actually, there were a number of coaching blunders on the Iowa side. That was an obvious fake punt situation and the Iowa line dropped back completely to cover the punt. I'm not saying they should have tried to block the punt but they should have been staying back for a possible fake. That in my mind was the most critical blunder in those last few minutes. You stop that play and the game is over.

Unbelievably bad time management by Ferentz. You could tell Stanzi was exasperated when he looked over at the sideline as Ferentz called the TO.
