ticket issues?

My account says I have my season tickets and of course paid but neither my phone or pc will let me download to my device? Device is working just fine........called but at a 1.5hr hold and holding. Anyone experience this?

did you download the gopher sports app to your phone?

do you have google pay or apple pay apps on phone?

i downloaded the app and it went super smooth to my google pay app i had on phone...five minutes tops

yup all of that but I finally got through. I had a balance for chairbacks which does not easily show on my account. Paid it and now tickets released.....

I'm ok with digital ticketing, but this is least user friendly I've seen

That doesn't sound like something the U would do.

I got my season tickets downloaded to my phone no problem, but have not been able to get another season ticket holder's tickets transferred to my phone. After a few phone calls, texts & emails the U has basically told me to have the other party screenshot the tickets and send them that way.
