Anyone else having issues with the Manage Tickets page of the ticket app? The app launches fine but that part is giving me an Error (oops something went wrong Try Again). I have uninstalled and reinstalled and powered off the phone several times but still have the issue. I did get a new cellphone since last game...but don't think that's the issue since other than the ticket section, the app works just fine.

You already did the things I would have suggested. Android or iphone?

Have you tried both on 5G and/or WiFi? Sometimes I've noticed apps seem to work when I switch over to the other.
 

Thanks. I headed over early to go to the ticket window and wouldn't you know it, it worked once I got over here.
 




I had an issue a year or so ago. Ended up uninstalling the app and reinstalled. Things were fine after.

I had that same issue and did the same things. Still won't work. It will work on my browser on my phone, so I've saved them to my Apple Wallet that way.
 

Haven’t had issues but have in past years

Sucks big time

Never wait until game day is my advice
 



I always screen shot photos of the tickets on my phone as soon as I get them. On GameDay in the ticket line I don't have to worry about the app working, wifi, 5G, or blueteeth.

There's zero worries as well once saved into either Google or Apple Wallet.

Just make sure the phone has juice.

I want to patent a new technology where they print some kind of parchment, you use this document to access the stadium, and it bears some kind of marking that identifies your section, row, and seat number.

I want everyone to be branded with a QR code when they're born and every single transaction that occurs in their lifetime is linked to it.

Or maybe something between what you want and what I want 😄
 



The folks at the ticket booths at the stadium on gameday are first class and will work with you on issues.

I still use paper tix that are mailed to me every season because my flip-phone cannot do the app. Season before last I got my paper tix out of the envelope with my glasses off and grabbed a ticket for the actual game plus a ticket for the next home game. Not good. Explained to the ticket window folks, proved who I was, and they produced a new ticket for the game.

Only point making is that if the app is not working go to the ticket windows to the southeast of the Tribal Nations Plaza. They will take care of you.
