Kill on his radio show has addressed the following so far:

Boddy-Calhoun - he is still unsure, didn't rule him out which I consider a good sign at least
Antonio Johnson - he thinks Johnson will be available
Hardin - he practiced yesterday

I'll continue to post any updates, the show started 10 minutes ago.

Kill said his emphasis for punt return this week was, "just get the ball back". Sounds like we'll be conservative back there. He didn't say whether or not it will still be Craig James returning punts.
