The money is negligible with no fans and concessions and season tickets being deferred.

Out of the $52 to $54 million TV payout it looks like they might salvage about $36 million. Hardly negligible. If they keep playing they way they've been playing, their attendance at TCF next season will truly be negligible.
From Nebraska site: Big Ten officials have so far not commented on the television packages with Fox Sports/BTN and ESPN/ABC. But one sports analyst predicted Big Ten schools will recoup about two-thirds of their media revenue sharing, or about $36 million per school.
