I don't understand this list because I saw PFFs top 10 QBs and Tanner wasn't on it.

Morgan has highest passer rating but not the highest QB rushing rating. That, and maybe they forgot about their own metrics.

Alabama's Bryce Young, USC's Caleb Williams and Ohio State's C.J. Stroud headline the top three in PFF's college football rankings.
