The Iowa game is close to a must win

If we beat Iowa next week, suddenly there is a stretch of winnable games ahead and we can forget about today.

If we lose to a bad Iowa team next week, suddenly it's hard to imagine winning at Maryland, and I don't this staff can recover from an 0-3 B1G start. The bandwagon will be empty and beating Purdue and Rutgers will change nothing.
 

Next week is a pickem, because it's at home. But Iowa needs the win more than we do. There is no chance this defense will win at Maryland. That game is already over.
 

Iowa is a MUST WIN game!!!!!!!

Otherwise we should just fold up the songbooks and follow the Vikings more closely!:cry:
 

This crap game assures there will tons of Iowa fans sitting around us next Saturday. Major buzz kill.

After Iowa's games vs NDSU, Rutgers and jNW, I doubt there is much excitement in Iowa right now either.
