When they last played Purdue, are 6-1. That's a pretty good string of victories. Let's keep this roll going with another victory against an under-performing Purdue (granted you could say we've under-performed as well)!
It's been talked a lot about on here that the wins haven't been pretty this season, and I agree, but these young guys have been finding a way to win in games where it seemed like they didn't want the W, at times. There haven't been a lot, if any, Gopher teams in recent memory that have had the will to win like this team seemingly does. Something tells me that Tanner and these talented WR's are going to need to keep showing that will to win through the Big Ten schedule.
Throw in the (ugly) Illinois game and Indiana game and the Gophers are 7-2. I'll say, I'd be satisfied through seven games this season if we're 6-1. Below are the games. Something of note is that the Gophers have only had two true road games (and a neutral site) in their last 7 games.
