They should remove Sid’s sticker from their helmets if they aren’t gonna play better. It’s embarrassing for him.
 

Too many helmet stickers, seems like a gimmick. Play good football and win and all the kids will want to play there based on performance not stickers.
 

Actually two punts, one on Michigan’s first possession, which we blocked, and just one more last night. That’s one punt for every 50 years Sid lived.
 

Was sid part of the downtown cabal that got the gophers off campus? If so remove the sticker. Now, if his will has > 5 million coming to the gophs then by all means let it ride.
 


I think the U's plan wasn't to honor Sid by limiting opposing punts, but instead to try and give up 100 points in the first 6 days of the season.
