Last year started with the most participants we've ever had, but between my move back from Seattle, the transition to the new board, and general attrition (when you post the bowl pick thread and no one responds), it faded badly.
But we're back for more fun, and with that I'm adding a new twist. I'll be taking the juice. No, not the stuff that made Barry Bonds' head the size of Alaska. The juice I'll be taking is the 10% commission on all bets that you would normally make at a sportsbook.
NEW RULES:
1) You will start with $220
2) You bet $11 to win $10
3) All bets must be in increments of $11. If not, the bet will be rounded down to the nearest multiple of $11.
4) If you're having a rough year, and you have $21 or less in your account, you can go all-in on one game. If you lose you're out, but if you win, you're back in. This all-in will be paid at the same rate as all other winning bets.
All Big Ten games will be available, as well as a few interesting games nationwide. Deadline for all bets is 11:00 AM CDT on Saturday, unless noted otherwise.
