Syracuse, which just fired its Coyle-hired coach, is ranked above the Gophers, at 71.

I don’t know what, if anything, that means. I just thought it was interesting.

Badgers 66
Hawkeyes 24

Tough list for the Big Ten. Ohio State, Michigan in the top 10. Penn State and Iowa in the top 25 and after that.....

55 - Maryland
56 - Rutgers
57 - Northwestern
66 - Wisconsin
72 - Minnesota
73 - Nebraska
84 - Michigan State
93 - Indiana
94 - Purdue

Not a great look for what is supposed to be one of the premier conferences.

And just for fun since they have been such a hot topic this year. Colorado comes in at #77 on this list. Quite a fall from where people had them pegged after the first few games of the year.

UCLA and U$C at 34 and 35 is kind of strange, given preseason expectations. Purdue at 94 (having kicked our ass) adds to the disappoint of this season.

Colorado is 4-7, but many of their losses were very close. Better next year.

@pk2 I would simply say that Babers ultimately couldn't get done at Syracuse what he was able to do at lower levels, like so many P5 "call up" coaches.

Assuming that Shadeur does in fact come back they will probably be better with the move to the Big 12 which will no longer feature Oklahoma and Texas. Schedule will be much easier overall for them.

Going to be interesting to see what kind of roster turnover they have after this season.
