Thank you Dawson Garcia and the Gopher seniors

I really hope Dawson Garcia receives a huge standing ovation tonight. Dude could have easily left for a better team and bigger pay the last few years but after a nomadic start to his collegiate career, he became a true Gopher and a great representation for the maroon and gold. I wish we had more talent to surround him as he deserved to play in the NCAA Tournament as a Gopher.

As Parker Fox approaches 30, I wish him great luck in his future endeavors. Dude LOVES Minnesota, Gophers, Minnesota sports, etc. He is "one of us" through and through and despite having some really old man knees, he brought the energy and passion every game.

To the other seniors, thanks for spending part of your journey at Minnesota. Despite an awful start to the season, you never lacked effort. Ski-U-Mah for life.

As much as I hate the losing, I'm always sad on Senior Day.

The problem for the Gophers is that Senior Day is now Freshman Day, Sophomore Day, Junior Day, and Senior Day since the portal came about.

If the last few years are any indication almost every player should be saying their goodbyes to the Barn tonight.
