He handled it very well, I didn't see Soupcan there...I wish Woody woulda went off on/about him but I knew he wouldn't...

What a relief. I'm glad Teague finally had his press conference to say exactly what we all knew he would say. Happy now, media?

Souhan wasn't there. Just as he wasn't there on Saturday to "hear from Teague" He was in Chicago covering the Vikings. He had that Kill column 90% written allready and then just added the specific details.

1500 has been off the charts crazy today

I had to turn it off when Doobers started going off on Limegrover and Claeys, and that was 12 seconds into his rant. "Shame on you Claeys and Limegrover" and "What have you been here, like three years. I have been a fan pouring my heart and soul into this program for 30 years. How dare you tell me that this is no big deal."

Dubay isn't just a tool, he's the entire toolshed. I appreciate his love for the U but he is virtually unlistenable.

Any chance the press conference is available to watch online? Is there anyplace I might be able to read about it, other than here? I'm going to avoid the Star Tribune's coverage until I see how they handle the aftermath of the Souhan article. I live in Michigan, so I'd welcome any suggestions on sites to follow Kill's football team online. Thanks.

Dubay is not a football fan. He is a hockey fan only. A fan doesn't say the things he says on the radio.

I love how he is able to discern what is or isn't a big deal. Being a drug addict is a big deal. Shut up, Dubay.

Neither one of the two tools in that shed are very bright.

These guys seem to think everyone 'owes' them answers and information.

"Just because they are an AD doesn't mean they know what they are doing.".............................Just because you are a radio host doesn't mean you know what you are doing either.

"This discussion needs to take place"....................well maybe a discussion between Kill and Teague has taken place, doesn't mean they need to share it with you dolts....especially during the season.

So much ego just spewing out of some of these media members that it is really starting to border on a level of insane vanity that only they could comprehend. Maybe I'm too much of simpleton, but I don't get it. They really seem genuinely pi$$ed about Teague not speaking on Saturday.

I saw on Twitter that Dubay said the team looked "lost" in the second half. That's just making sh*t up to suit your narrative.

If outscoring a team 22-6 in the second half is lost, Than I hope our best friend becomes a volleyball named Wilson!

Funny coming from a media member when all they've been telling us the past few days is how we should feel about it.

The two dolts now are concentrating on how Teague and the U mishandled the situation.

Unbelievable how these two feed of each other.

My favorite post this week so far...

I just listened to the entire Souhan interview at noon with Judd and Dubay, and it made me sick. Judd and Dubay both agreed that Souhan was respectful in his column and didn't take any cheap shots at Kill. Did they even read his column? The amount of arrogance coming from those two today is staggering, they honestly believe they are important and that Norwood Teague should answer questions at any time they want simply because they are having a temper tantrum.

And the ignorance from all three of them during the interview was really something. Souhan mentioned that fans who support Kill are the problem because according to him if and when something really bad happens to Kill (meaning death or something serious) then what are his supporters going to say? Even though doctors at the FREAKING MAYO CLINIC have said time and time again that Kill is in no danger whatsoever. THE FREAKING MAYO CLINIC!!!! Apparently Souhan, Zulgad, and Dubay know more than a seizure specialist at one of the best hospitals on the entire planet.

I hope others on here heard that interview as well. Would love to hear some thoughts.

I listened. Your synopsis is spot on.

By "time and time again" do you mean "not once"?

It doesn't matter, though. Jerry has made it clear. When people, including his wife and doctors, tell him he needs to make changes because of his health issues, he doesn't want to hear it. "I ain't changin!!"

A defiant patient unwilling to work toward better health can be difficult. Hopefully he becomes more willing to listen.

What the hell should we do then? Throw eggs at him every time we see him? Boo him? I don't get what fans are supposed to do or how that changes anything. Does he realize that the fans don't make the decisions? We're not the AD and administration.

Yep - heard the same. They all pretended that Souhan wrote the article with respect, then plugged Souhan's show on the station, took 2 calls that agreed with them then went to break. I then turned the station for good.

WTF DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WHAT KILL IS OR IS NOT DOING?!?!?!?!?!?!

Are you being serious? His doctors have said multiple times that he isn't any more likely to suffer a seizure on the sidelines as compared to sitting on his couch. How dare you blame Kill. His doctors have cleared him, it's as simple as that.

Have they really said this? He has coached 28 games here. That is about 100 hours of time. He has had 4 seizures (new mexico, northwestern, msu and wiu) which required hospitalization. 1 every 25 hours during game time. It seems like there must be a correlation.

I've heard Kill quote his doctors as saying exactly that. And he's had many more seizures, possibly hundreds, since we hired him that were away from the field. So it's tough to draw any correlation between the two in my opinion.
