MV's the best. I get bored with stats and graphs, but his analysis is fantastic. He's also a great writer.
I am a numbers guy myself but I also often get bored with his stats and graphs. But as you said above his analysis is fantastic. There is nobody out there that is better than he is when it comes to analysis.
Clearly Matt's passion is analytics and models. I think both of us would agree that is a small price to pay to be able to read his analysis. By the way, I once posted to him that "All models are wrong, some are useful" which I stole from Peter Senge. He started using it as his byline but I expect the two events are probably not related.
