Does this apply to all Minnesota campus stadiums/arenas? Can Duluth serve alcohol in their suites?

it better! the DECC reconstruction is being done almost entirely with state dollars - many of those coming from the metro area. that way rep. rukavina can feel the wrath of those up in duluth and from the duluth business community when they find out he screwed them over too at their new DECC facility (assuming there are/would be areas that alcohol can be sold to premium/suite type ticket holders). if it does not and only applies to the U of M then that makes this law an even bigger pile of sh!t that needs to be revoked immediately.
