I had to laugh at that! Detroit isn't exactly a tropical paradise. I think they might be 5-10 degrees warmer in the winter on average. MSP is certainly more likely to have extreme weather.Ta’Lon might want to take that Detroit area code, 313, off his Twitter handle.
Honestly I’ve lived in SE Michigan for a bit now and the winters are so much more pleasant. Minnesota in Jan-Feb is brutal. 5-10 degrees on average makes all the difference. A couple years here and I’m already a wimp when I go back to MN in the winter.
