Breaking it down, with my 2 cents:
Records: OSU (12-1, 9-0), Baylor (11-1, 8-1), TCU (11-1, 8-1) = advantage OSU
Best Win #1: OSU (@ Michigan State), Baylor (TCU), TCU (K-State) = advantage OSU
Best Win #2: Baylor (K-State), OSU (vs. Wisconsin), TCU (Minnesota) = advantage Baylor
Best Win #3: Baylor (@ Oklahoma), OSU (@ Minnesota), TCU (Oklahoma) = advantage Baylor
Best Win #4: TCU (@ West Virginia), Baylor (@ Texas), OSU (Cincinnati) = advantage TCU
Best Win #5: OSU (@ Maryland), TCU (@ Texas), Baylor (Oklahoma State) = advantage OSU
Best Win #6: TCU (Oklahoma State), OSU (Rutgers), Baylor (@ Texas Tech) = advantage TCU
Best Win #7: OSU (@ Navy), TCU (Texas Tech), Baylor (Kansas) = advantage OSU
Best Win #8: OSU (@ Penn State), TCU (@ Kansas), Baylor (@ Iowa State) = advantage OSU
Best Win #9: OSU (Illinois), Baylor (@ Buffalo), TCU (Iowa State) = advantage OSU
Best Win #10: OSU (Michigan), TCU (@ SMU), Baylor (SMU) = advantage OSU
Best Win #11: OSU (Indiana), TCU (Samford/FCS), Baylor (Northwestern State/FCS) = advantage OSU
Best Win #12: OSU (Kent State)
Wins over Bowl-Eligible Teams: OSU (9), TCU (6), Baylor (5) = advantage OSU
Best Loss: TCU (@ Baylor), Baylor (@ West Virginia), OSU (Virginia Tech) = advantage TCU
"Extra" Consideration: OSU (outright & undefeated conference champion), Baylor (1-loss co-champ, beat TCU), TCU (1-loss co-champ, lost to Baylor) = advantage OSU
This ia a no-brainer. Very apparent that the best overall resume belongs to OSU. They have the worst loss of the 3, yes, but that's really the only significant blip on the Buckeyes' blotter when compared with the other two. And if the committee still has any doubts, they'll make special note that OSU's best 3 wins -- MSU, Wisconsin, Minnesota -- all were played outside of Columbus. TCU's best 3 wins occurred at home, while Baylor's best 2 were played in Waco.
