Take the dome off and make the metrodome an outdoor stadium

After this, it is obvious that we need a domed stadium in Minnesota. The Twins didn't do it. The Gophers didn't. It's up to the Vikings. I don't care that much about the Vikings but a dome would be good for all sports fans here. For college fans it means the possibility of another Final 4 here, maybe even a bowl game here.
