Wait, there are pigs in Minnesota? You mean there are actual farms in Minnesota?
Wow! With all of the references to the Pig farmers from Iowa I didn't think there was such a thing as a farm or farmers in Minnesota, I thought it was all one big sophisticated city.
I live in Minnesota, have for the past 12 years and continually find it amazing how often I see Minnesota fans refering to Iowa as hick and pig farmers.
The fact that Minnesota's tailgate party is sponored by the MN Pork Producers should be a reminder to all of the simple fact that Minnesota history and present society is as grounded in agriculture and farming as is Iowa's.
