In retrospect the dumbest thing about what Boyd said was that he probably tipped their hand a little. How many passes did Syracuse throw over the middle? You could tell the plan was to get the ball to receivers in the flat and let them make guys miss. It worked pretty well, actually.

The secondary tackled pretty well though. Getting off blocks on the outside is another story.
