I can't tell you the last time I went to a wedding reception or anywhere that had karaoke where I DIDN'T here Sweet Caroline. I'm not sure why it's so popular but it always reminds me of the movie Beautiful Girls, but I doubt that's the source of the resurgence, because how many people have seen that movie?

I think a lot of people have seen that movie. I can tell you that when I was spending time on campus at the U at the bars in the late 90's, the movie "Beautiful Girls" was the #1 reason why my friends and I would try to play "Sweet Caroline" on the jukebox's or try to get the DJ's to play it.

I agree. I've had "Love on the Rocks", "You Don't Bring Me Flowers", and "Glory Road" in my head since the South Dakota debacle.
