I've flown with them 20+ times over the years. Never had any problems. I'm a huge fan because they also hold Delta pricing accountable for dozens of routes that they might otherwise have an monopoly.

I liked them a bit more years ago when they had First Class & didn't have fees for carry ons/seat selection, but they've been fine the past few years that I've flown with them.

Yes I definitely miss their first class. The first 5 rows have decent leg room but not quite the same…

I have issues with Sun Country...but they are my #2 when Delta is too expensive. Their route times can be hot garbage though when I need them.

Glad they are helping though that makes them a bit more palatable
