I was actually just thinking it was time for someone to interview Monson again. So glad he found a home at Long Beach - he's a great guy.
 

I watched a couple minutes of Dan and LBSU last night. It brought back memories - ignoring the Orlando tourney and the Clemson game. In the article he gives positive props to Tubby the first couple years. Interesting too that he thought his MN experience made him a better coach and a better dad. He sure seemed like a good guy and started his family here. A good family guy - maybe not a great coach.

Are we still paying him? IF Tubby goes to GTech and LBSU makes a miracle Sweet 16 appearance could he come back for what we are possibly still paying him? :)

Indeed.

A great guy that took a whole lot of abuse from many, many on this forum.
 


LBSU Doing Well This Season

They lead their conference (should W it) and headed for 20 W season.
 

Good interview. Although not too popular around these parts, I thought it was interesting to see how he's doing now. Maybe he got in a funk here...I don't know. He must be a decent enough coach to cause the turnaround he has at LBSU.
