I don’t follow high school basketball at all. Shocking that someone that successful gets sent to the curb. The population of Blake would seem to be influential and high maintenance. I would not want to administer a place like that.

Reminds me of when our older daughter was at Mounds View. The baseball team won the state championship...and they fired the coach in the off season. It seemed to be some political thing and possibly had to do with playing time, yada, yada. Both that coach and the then-activities director live in our neighborhood.

It will be interesting to see what Thorson does at the end of the season as his daughter is now going to be playing college volleyball at St. Thomas. May have no effect but family matters.
