Stop telling half of college football they don’t belong.

Finebaum.....who was subsequently saying last week that Indiana has beaten nobody (won AT Oregon) and barely got by Penn State.....as proof for why they are too highly ranked. In the next breath.....defending Texas's OT wins against Kentucky and Miss State because 'who cares....they won'.

He's a dipshit who also thought the three loss Alabama team (that got smished by a 7-5 Michigan in their bowl game) deserved to be in the playoffs last year. He shouldn't have a platform with how many bad takes he gives.

Fact is that the expansion to a 12 team playoffs was supposed to be so that all P5 conferences and the best G5 were represented. Not so these dopey SEC lapdogs could argue over why a three loss SEC team should be included.
Indiana is overrated. They're better this year because Mendoza is a legit Heisman candidate.

They'll lose to Ohio State and probably lose at a neutral bowl site on NYD. So once again, accomplishing nothing of note in the season.

Cig skated big time in 2023 and 2024. Only had one important game in each regular season, and lost both.

It's coming back to reality.

And the SEC has a bunch of teams overrated every year. What's your point?

Cig didn’t start at Indiana until 2024. You looking past Indiana’s win at Oregon this year?

Indiana is making the playoff. They aren't going to some meaningless bowl. Just stop with that crap.

Indiana is very likely to finish 12-0 and currently is ranked #2 in the country. How the heck have they not accomplished anything? I wish the Gophers could pull that off. The funniest part is saying who have they beaten. I get it, some teams are down this year but It's Indy frickin ana. The fact that everyone expects them to beat nine Big Ten teams says everything. That means everyone thinks they are better than those nine teams. When has that happened last for Indiana, 1967? How many Big Ten teams not named Michigan, Ohio State, or Oregon have had a perfect conference record in the last 20 years?

100% agree the SEC has a bunch of overrated teams. I was not trying to agree with Finebaum on anything about the SEC.

Just that Indiana is overrated.

His last year at JMU was as big a cake walk schedule as his first year at Indiana. Both were laughable. He had one tough game the entire regular season, both years, and both years he lost the game, which prevented his team from going to the conf championship.

Wait just a second there, professor.

2024 Vikings:
- 14-3 record
- did not win the division
- went the playoffs
- did not win a playoff game

Everyone and their mother agrees that they didn't accomplish jack squat last year.

How is that not exactly the same thing as a Big Ten team that wins 11 or 12 regular season games, but does not win the conf championship, goes to the playoff, but does not win a playoff game?

It is the same thing
