Talking about a great cultural fit for Malachi. I knew he was a great athlete but did not know the back story. Thanks for sharing. Very excited to see how an off the field cultural match will help him mature into a NFL caliber receiver. The great thing is that even if he never gets to the NFL level, I have no doubts that the "Row the Boat" culture will help him grow into a better man. Love cheering for the Gophers under PJ!!
 




I had heard about his story right after he signed to transfer here, and from that moment on, there is no one on this team that I want to achieve a great measure of success more than him.

I think Steve Hartman was Sid's youngest kid. Did human interest stories here, much like the Coleman story, and then headed for LA. Has done well out there I think.

Steve is not Sid's kid... Wasn't sure if you were joking.
 





Even before stepping on a college campus to play football this kid has figured out what many people never figure out their entire life. No matter what he achieves on the football field I'm sure this kid has a bright future.
