Cody White is off to the NFL. The junior wide receiver made his announcement on Twitter on Friday.

MSU will have some serious production to replace on that side of the ball. This season White reeled in 66 catches and six touchdowns, tacking on 922 receiving yards on top of that as well.

White is the second MSU player to declare early, joining cornerback Josiah Scott.

MSU will be losing its top three receiving yards leaders with Darrell Stewart (49 catches, 697 yards) and Matt Seybert (26 catches, 284 yards) graduating.

Apparently many jobs to be had in the NFL. The average life of these guys in the NFL has to be slowly slipping away unless you're a clear tier 1 player.

Stewart was their top receiver. Fans on reddit are saying he was #2 on the depth chart, and will be missed. A positive for us for sure.

White is a good player, was always impressed by his game.
