A better question may be by how much the facility would improve it. My tentative answer is "not enough to change the scenery." But, evey bit helps in the long run.

The only thing I was commenting on was the other posters false representation about how lovely the weather is in Missouri in the winter. Are Minnesota's winters worse than Missouri's? DUH!! Does anyone else have a craving for chocolate milk now?

Missouri hired a coach from a power-six conference that won 6 games last year. Maybe they were more interested in Tubby than we thought...
