Signing up for Big Ten +

Trying to sign up for Big Ten +. Got stuck on the Coupon Code question. Virtual Assistant says they sent one to my email. They did not (inbox or spam). We did the circle of basic steps of signing up, including the claim of sending coupon code to my email address. Finally asked for live rep. They sent an email stating that they would love to help me with my problem. Replied with a short explanation of the problem and "Crickets" since then.

Anybody else having this problem? I've signed up for Big Ten + Monthly subscription for a couple of seasons and never had to enter a coupon code to proceed to payment options before.
 

Signed up on Saturday so I could watch the men's game last night. Like you, I was a returning customer who subscribes mostly just to watch the women's games. Was able to ignore the coupon code tab and subscribe successfully (at the regular price). I used my previous password and username; maybe this is why they didn't require use of the coupon code. Hope you're able to subscribe in time to watch the women tonight. It'll be fun to see this year's version of the Gophers.

I subscribed/renewed a few weeks ago. Don't recall using a coupon code. I used previous email and password, but when trying to view games (volleyball etc.) I was locked-out and a message would inform me that my package didn't include those games.
After struggling with the virtual assistant, I tried email. I was told that I had a Student Package which was limited... I don't believe a Student Package even exists anymore. They said they sent emails which I never received... couldn't reset my password.

After several days of back-and-forth, I finally cancelled and started a new subscription under a different email.

I enjoy having B1G+, but find their product support lacking... good luck.
 

Thanks. Seems the issue is that when I got to payment options, there was a slot that said Coupon with an Apply button, that I apparently accidentally hit. That kinda locked me up in terms of completing my sign-up. Of course, Virtual Assistant never asked or suggested that maybe I shouldn't have hit that button.

Has anybody ever had the Virtual Assistant actually answer a question or solve an issue you were having with any site?

In any case, I managed to get signed up.
 

Never understood why they don't just make BTN+ free so there are more people watching. The goal of the BTN is to promote the conference.
