That $hit is corny as hell. I would punch in the face [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38].

He can coach though.

He starts the day gulping coffee mixed with Red Bull? Who would have thunk it?

Listen to the podcast. Much better than the article.

I think he mentioned that every morning even before he starts slamming the caffeine, he gives his wife one hell of a workout. Life is Good! :p

That interview on KFAN yesterday pumped me up more than the press conference

I did; it's all about style. I have never been a rah, rah guy.

An hour and a half in, the SI guy writer is interviewed and talked about his relationship building skills and ability to connect with recruits. I'm not talking about Fleck's rah, rah, or style.

Fleck's record at MN is 0-0. Ask me how much I like him in 3-4 years. Fleck has everything going for him...an Admin that all get fired if he fails so basically he has a blank check there, a new stadium, new facilities opening next year and the easier Big Ten West schedule.

Either we are West champions in the next 3 years or this was a failed hire IMO.

You're old though. Working with young people now, they don't want to be yelled at.

So as a fan, are you going to sit (at home or in the stadium) with your arms crossed, a pessimistic attidue and a "let's wait and see" approach for the next three years?

I honestly don't understand why some people are fans. It's an escape from our stressful lives. Have some hope.

(I know, I know... we've all been so hurt so many times.)

I'm old! Why you mother.........![emoji16][emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]

My man Brew is a rah, rah type cat. When I first met him I was rolling my eyes to the point I was elbowed by my son.

Ha! Had to give you some crap. Hope PJ works out. The thing I was most impressed by was seeing how he seems to give his full attention to whoever he is talking with, like the pic of him with Sid. That is a bigger deal than most people realize for a leader - demonstrates some authenticity along with the energy. Nothing wrong with energy when it also has integrity.

I plan on the same approach. I still plan on having fun and enjoying to ride though. Doesnt mean anyone is less of a fan or doesnt have hope.
