as I understand it, AK signed with an agent who will represent him for any NIL deals that might be reached. Which is allowed as long as the agent only deals with NIL matters.

So either the headline is misleading or Shooter doesn't understand how NIL works.

Yeah a lot of reporters got confused when NIL angencies announced signings and insane amounts of money they ... could make. They'd report it as signing for a bazillion dollars, but that's not what it was.
