I have, but only when I pretty much knew they were going to be the top person in the end and I was worried they'd accept another position if we waited. The Vikings stupidly did that with Brad Childress because he was interviewing with Green Bay next.

That was not the case here. There's zero excuse not to have interviews Dutch and Medved as planned.

Let's not play this game again. Dutch says so right in the article. And it was reported they would interview Medved too. Frankly if they didn't ask on both of them, that's even worse

There was no interview planned with Dutcher, but they were setting one up and he was on the short list. Medved wasn’t seriously considered.
