Gophers athletic director Mark Coyle is friends with Kentucky basketball coach John Calipari but told Sports Headliners there are no plans for Minnesota to schedule the Wildcats. When Coyle was AD at Boise State the Broncos did play a game in Lexington.

Kentucky would probably make us go to Lexington twice so that we could get one game against them in Chicago or something. Playing them in football might be kinda cool though.

Wounder if being the son of Rick Pitino would have anything to do with it. Can't imagine that family and that University are on good terms.
