Seething Iowa Fans Want Offensive Coordinator Fired

This is the first season of the new Iowa offensive coordinator Tim Lester. I wonder how that turns out compared to the last guy.

I'm curious to see the Gophers offense versus the Iowa offense in a few weeks.

Their game was 6-0 at halftime against FCS Illinois State. They pulled away in the second half as Illinois State wore down and they were able to hit on some big plays. Don't know how good or bad Iowa State is supposed to be this year but the game between Iowa/Iowa State this weekend should be a better indication as to whether or not they have actually figured out how to play offense.

It does appear though that they may have figured out that those guys lined up on the outside can catch the ball too and you don't have to thrown only to your TE. Their old OC never seemed to be able to figure that one out.
