Even with the roster as it stands right now, she'd probably be the 3rd string center. Gotta think theyll add a couple more bigs still as well.Doesn't seem like playing time would have been an issue with the Gophers, either, though...

You are a coach JD? Sconiers is in no way more athletic than Micheaux. She can’t jump and is super slow, as well as limited in the effort area. Definitely smarter than the freshman Micheaux? Ha. Good one. I respectfully disagree with every comment you made. What a shame. Sconiers is a good player and she would have helped a lot in the post position this year. More skilled and definitely smarter than Micheaux. IMO, The only thing that limited her season was the ineptitude of the coaching staff. Like Powell, better things ahead.
Hope springs eternal.I see Sconiers and Powell have optimistically entered their names in the WNBA draft.
Whalen always said Powell was a first round WNBA pick. Let's find out.
"Arrested Development" narrator voice: She's not.Whalen always said Powell was a first round WNBA pick. Let's find out.
not even close.. I'd be more surprised if she was in training camp this springWhalen always said Powell was a first round WNBA pick. Let's find out.
Powell was not drafted and neither was Scalia. What round did Powell go in the WNBA draft last night?
That's not a surprise for either of them.Powell was not drafted and neither was Scalia.
