I actually saw him give this speech during their halftime basketball game. He has a tough road ahead, but he will be infinitely better than what they had last year. He gives them hope and that's a very good thing.

Yeah, they need some hope. A little hype by the coach. It isn't like we haven't witnessed it here occasionally.
