Totally made up. No names, no colleges, no cities. Just some clown trying to crank out a couple thousand words to fill space. I could write the same article in reverse - about how the B10 has an informal network of boosters who watch recruits and players to make sure they are squeaky clean. Of course I couldn't name names, colleges or cities but - trust me - it is all true.

Do pay offs happen? Sure. But this guy is just running his mouth to the detriment of college football.
