My grandfather and grandmother came out of Iowa to Minnesota.
They survived the maze.

The rest of their family was consumed by maize and were never heard from again.

I was born in NW Iowa (not by choice) then moved to WI when I was 5...finally got to MN when I was 13. The best part of IA is the Taco House in Lake Okaboji and the best thing about WI is that it ain't IA!
